before you book → a quick heads up about cancellations 💛 life happens — we get it. but when appointments are cancelled last minute or missed, that means lost time for another patient who’s been waiting to come in. 😿 we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to make any changes to your appointment. changes within the 24-hour window (or missed visits) will be subject to the full appointment fee.
